Hay on Wye Guardian Festival:
From May 22nd - June 1st
Bed and Breakfast and Early Bird Menu - for those attending
the evening events - is priced at £65.00 per person per night.
(Minimum of a 2 night stay)
This very famous Literary Festival is only a short drive from
the hotel. Famous authors talk about their works and there is
a host of events taking place both during the day and the evening.
For 2008 the list of guest speakers is even more exciting than
last year. They include: Jamie Oliver - Cherie
Blair - Melvyn Bragg - Salman
Rushdie - President Jimmie Carter
- Fay Weldon - Jeremy Clarkson
and Terry Jones. Musical Entertainment varies
between Ken Dodd and Jools Holland.
