Caer Beris Manor Hotel is the perfect venue for your Wedding Reception
- and even your Wedding. Our classical Garden Lounge is licensed
for Civil Ceremonies by Powys County Council. Whether an intimate
ceremony for just the two of you or for a banquet for 100 we
offer a highly professional and experienced service. Weddings
at Caer Beris Manor Hotel in Builth Wells are planned with meticulous care to give
you the day of your dreams.
The Irfon Suite will banquet 100 in comfort with a capacity
of up to 200 for parties. For smaller numbers of up to 50 you
may prefer the Tudor Restaurant with its oak paneling dating
back to 1570. Whether for a buffet or banquet you can rely on
our chefs to create a special menu just for you. We use fresh
local produce in all our food for the highest quality.
Garden Weddings in Caer Beris Hotel
Should you have a large number of guests, we can arrange for
a marquee to be erected especially for you in our grounds which
can seat up to 250. We don't charge for the hire of the grounds
but you will have to pay the rental for the marquee directly
to the hire firm
Our grounds are superb for photographs. At any time of year
they provide the perfect backdrop. The only thing limiting your
photographer is their imagination.
At Caer Beris Manor you will find no hidden charges. Apart
from a £100 hire charge for the Garden Lounge should you choose
to hold your ceremony here, there are no room hire charges
for
the wedding reception and evening party. There are no linen charges,
no charge for any of our many cake stands and knife, no charge
for administration and prices include vat. We do not make a
service charge however should you wish to leave our hardworking
staff a gratuity they would be thrilled! Please

Do remember that for a Civil Wedding Ceremony you must contact the Registrars
Department at Powys County Council in Llandrindod Wells
and make the legal arrangements directly with them.
